Art is for personal use only and can not be altered or sold in any way.

Payment will be through PayPal.

Any commissioned work still belongs to me and I have the rights to post these or do anything else with said art.

If you wish to commission me, you will be paying for my art style on my price sheet and examples. I can refuse any commission for any reason.

Personal oc’s / fanart / pre-exsisting fantasy creatures and characters / your dnd characters that already have a design / portraits of yourself or others who have consented

NSFW / mecha / excessive gore / political art / illegal activity / offensive imagery / original characters that the commissioner does not own rights to (unless it is from a popular media) / character designs ( I’m not a character designer )

After submitting the commision query please allow me 1-3 days for me to get back to you via instagram about the status of your commission.

This message will contain my estimated timeline for your piece, if you are on the waitlist, the exact price for your commissioned piece, and any questions I might have. If you need it sooner than the estimate we can converse about it but keep in mind I am a student who is actively involved in things.

During the process I will keep you updated of your piece included with images of the sketch, Lineart, and final product.

I will do large edits in the sketch process and Lineart process. Anything after I will not take as ima just be honest I don’t have a lot of time to edit a whole section of a piece that far into the commission sadly.

Small edits farther in are okay for examples the edit of an eye color or an object color or, remove something small, change the shape of an eyebrow, etc.

Payment will be through PayPal (bear with me though as I’m new to the app)

For commissions under 30-50 the full amount will be paid upfront. 30-50 will be paid in two parts, first upfront and second once the sketch is finalized.

No refunds or cancellations allowed once the commission has been started, so make sure you’re 100% sure before commissioning me.

The commissioner will not receive any physical products. After the commissioner has paid the full price, I will send them the finished, high resolution art files as pngs and jpegs via email. Every commission work still belongs to me, Silkflower, and I have the rights to post these works on social media or any other form of posting I’d like with them.

The commissioner may not resell, altar, or claim credit for the creation for the artwork.

The commissioner can post the artwork on social media for personal use, use it for an icon, profile picture, banner etc as long as I’m credited in some way idk.

As mentioned before I am a student involved in many extracurriculars and will have to do my work outside of that so you will have to bear with my schedule when buying from me. I apologize for potential additional waits on a piece as I’m a drama kid and don’t come home till 12 am some nights😭🙏. Thank you for considering me.
